:With the development of wireless communication, it is imminent to provide users with the product integrated with diverse communication modes and access means and different form and standards in order to meet the needs of wireless network in the future. Science and technology commission of Shanghai funded the project [the project number:10dz1500700] that realizing the real-time switch of multiple wireless network on the basis of software defined radio, so more wireless networks may be realized via software update in the future.As a part of the project that the implementation of CMMB receiver of the physical based on software defined radio, the paper will mainly discuss symbol synchronization and channel estimation and equalization algorithms. The simulation platform is built, the performance of different algorithms is compared and the ultimate algorithm is determined to use C language.According to CMMB protocol, each time slot contains two synchronization symbols of strong correlation, so two methods are used and compared in their performance. The two methods are the cross-correlation of two synchronization symbols and the cross-correlation of the local synchronization symbol and the received synchronization symbol. For pilot frequency interlaced repetition in time domain and the unequal interval in frequency domain, this paper adopts the LS channel estimation and makes a comparison of the performance of different interpolation algorithms. Considering the two aspects of performance and efficiency. the algorithm of cross-correlation between two synchronization symbols and the algorithm of one dimensional linear interpolation in time domain and frequency domain respectively are ultimately determined and better BER (Bit Error Rate) performance is achieved.This paper also introduces the hardware platform of the experiment and the various modules of the receiver link and explains the implementation method of the key module. In the end, the modules of time-consuming and the link of the time-consuming are tested, the demultiplexing of the processing data is conducted, the audio and video information is recovered and the validity of the experiment is verified.
