The Design And Realization Of The New Product For Examination And Approval System Base On Three-Tier.NET Architecture

Before the production of new products, the companies need to obtain a certificate of new products entering the market. The traditional examination and approval of new products, identification of approval involving several departments of the municipal public letter to the Commission, industry experts, the provincial Industry and Information Committee, of which relates to the project application, the trial production Fact Sheet, audit opinions and other materials, examination and approval process is complexand and heavy workload, requireing multiple departments converge. In the traditional model, documents are in paper files, causing a lot of paper waste, in the department of convergence transfer, human control and mastery is easy to produce errors and omissions, and the approval time is too long。 Because of opaque approval progress, business is not strong sense of participation. Because of The shortcomings of the traditional model, adaptating of e-government information technology development, the establishment of a new product for examination and approval system is imperative.The system uses a three-tier.NET architecture, combined with Web Service technology, consider the C/S and B/S structure, using code reuse rate, easier porting of C/S mode. According to the analysis of new products to declare the approval process, communication with the approval management department exchanges, detailed needs analysis for the approval system, set the supervisor, businesses, municipal public letter to the Commission, industry associations, the provincial Economic and Trade Commission,5 class system users.All types of users use case analysis to fully understand the system functions, and on this basis a system of design, the system is divided into the basic functions of the module, query statistics module, reporting subsystem module, trial production subsystem module, review six modules subsystem module, system configuration module. Then on the presentation layer, the business layer, data access layer three-tier system for the system were designed and implemented in detail the relevant function modules, and finally make a summary of the system and the prospect of further research and improvement direction for examination and approval system.By using the new product for examination and approval system, enterprises facilitates the declaration of new products, and views approval progress;and the government achieves the government affairs, improves the transparency of approval and examination and approval efficiency and greatly reduce the cost of administrative examination and approval. In the era of E-government booming, online examination and approval system as an important part of e-government, which will lead the government into a public service-oriented government.
