The Design And Implement Of The Students' Information Mangement System Based On Web

With the acceleration of information technology, more and more colleges and universities start to focus on the digital construction of the campus. Although some universities have built a hardware platform of digital campus and have purchased a student information management system. There are two main faults in these systems: first, the access is limited, and the information sharing is not timely; second, the security and compatibility of the system is poor.Considerating the development requirements of our college, It is necessary to develop the student information management system which combines the college departments and students in every part.It is based on B/S mode and adopts ASP.NET software development platform, using Mircrosoft SQL Server database technology. The development of student information management system for the student information digitization, automation, scientific management has become the primary task of the digital campus.In this paper, a student information management system is carried out in college of information & business of Zhongyuan University of Technology. It is designed to implement the automation of the student information management, improve the efficiency of information management system, and satisfy well the needs of students, parents and teachers users. The system implements the systematic management of the system, parameter setting, organizational structure, courses and scores management, management of student information, records management, loan management. The main tasks are as follows:1.Combining with the situation of our college, this paper analyzes the requirements of student information management system. Analysis of student information management system business requirements, design the appropriate business processes, systems use case diagrams, system activity diagram, function block diagram and the database tables and table dependencies and so on.2. It designs and develop system based on B/S model. It developments platform based on Microsoft Visual Studio.NET, using ASP.NET as a web development technologies that interact with the server, using ADO.NET to access the database as a Webtechnology, using Mircrosoft SQL Server for database management.3. For security risks present in the system, user access control model proposed, and security settings on some measures to ensure the normal student information management system applications. By enabling a firewall, set the access control policies, intrusion detection, regular system upgrades, we can ensure the network of the student information management system is security.The system has been test run in our college and the current evaluation is perfect. This system functions to achieve an open information sharing, management and query, with higher security and better interactivity. Development of this system for the promotion of information management has scientific significance.
