The capacity of the former HeBei Mobile customer service system design could meet 2800 thousands customers. With the rapid increase of the customers, the development of the business and the industry competition, the present system can not meet the thousands customers. In order to solve the problem, the HeBei Mobile makes the expansion of the service system.The development trend of domestic customer service system is described, and make further reference existing in various material foundation, put forward the construction of the overall thinking and the frame structure, make the user prediction schemes and determination of the construction scale, at the same time based on the field survey and, in reference to previous period, with the help of the construction under the condition of the statistic analysis tools, raise this traffic models based parameters, and with project owner and related manufacturers make further revisions, this parameter finally determined based calling model. Then based on this puts forward two sets of concrete construction scheme, respectively (customer service system, relay, servers, storage, network) the construction of detailed calculation and argument, and the disadvantages of each scheme makes a detailed comparisons, finally on the system and the system test, test results is analysed and the system design is reasonable, take effective communications model parameters set, the existing system module operating normally, each index in design prediction range, achieve the design intended purpose.
