The rapid development of the Internet break the traditional management mode of the enterprise,makes customer relationship management increasingly important.This paper combines knowledge in the customer relationship management,and proposes a knowledge of oriented customer relationship service system structures,in order to effectively use and analyse the data of customers in the enterprise database and to enhance the competitive advantage.In this paper,integrated customer service systems follow the customer service management planning,Customer service management as the core,in the study of customer’s consumption psychology,values the consumers behavior at the same time.Timely introduction of customer relationship management (CRM) on-line analysis and data mining functionality,provides customers with multi-level,diversified and individualized service,will eventually build a set of services,management and business decision analysis and will support an integrated service network platform.This paper describes the well-designed service processes,using hierarchical structure development and design,in the application of the software architecture according to the data,logic,interface,interface separation system of internal loose coupling principle,the whole system is divided into the data access layer,business logic layer,and an interface layer. Systems now use the industry’s popular three layer architecture in the core hardware platform,the whole system is divided into three layers that are the client (Business Reception Terminal and Terminal Operations),the application server and the database server.The network security of the system is based on a standardized design,production centers in the application of centralized storage region of information and data,and to set the city different site disaster recovery center,which will avoid the network a single point of failure and to also ensure quality of service and safety.
