WORLD WIDE WEB since its birth, with its outstanding performance is perfect for it in the user's image, which is why the World Wide Web is at an unprecedented pace of life to all aspects of human penetration. Regardless of the business elite or ordinary people, are hoping to effective and full use of various resources on the Internet for their own services. Background information age access to information not only called for a comprehensive and more accurate access to information requirements-the total amount of useful information and the ratio of collecting information. In such circumstances, we need a way to help users quickly find the information and prepare the means.On the other hand, with the acceleration of information society, people in their daily work, study and life began to use more mobile communication devices. At present, a large number of smart mobile phone also has a similar computer with data processing capabilities. We can foresee in the near future, these can be relatively inexpensive but highly efficient mobile computer will be more quasi-universal use. The introduction of 3G mobile phone services, making use of mobile phones and other wireless communications devices to enjoy high-speed Internet services possible. Access Internet resources through the mobile phone will be as easy as sending and receiving text messages.The Internet is a massive resource base, which contains a wealth of useful information. But for sure the user is concerned, its concern is that these massive data only a small part. The other WEB resources will become the interference of the user information.In a user perspective, the Internet resources can be divided into two categories: (1) Interested in resources; (2) Not interested in resources. This classification is relative, because a user may not be of interest to other users concerned about resources. This feature will be known as the Internet user's attention to characteristics of resource users (hereinafter referred to as user characteristics).WEB on the user access to resources from the two main ways, one is user active interest from the WEB to find their own resources. For example, by GOOGLE, BAIDU, YAHOO and other search engines using key words to find. Another user access to resources is a passive acceptance of a way to push from the server service. Way these two types of resource acquisition in terms of the average computer user is widely accepted and effective. But for smart phones and other mobile communications device user is concerned, these two approaches are not optimal. First of all, major search engines (GOOGLE, BAIDU, etc.) on the large number of results returned by the user, for example, the author of "mobile database technology" as the keyword query is submitted to GOOGLE, the number of results returned is about 9,650,000 articles, mobile communication devices more than a dozen computer monitors display only one, through the display of such a small return on the millions of records is obviously not wise to do secondary screening; secondly, through the search engines to find resources is a time-consuming process, for by the battery for power in terms of mobile devices is a fatal flaw. These limitations will discuss below.The system design is to break through the limitations of the existing push system for mobile devices easier for users to access Internet resources to provide more convenient support:1. As information source the entire WEB, in other words, as long as the WEB appeared on the resources of interest to users, servers, they put the appropriate resources in the form of a structured summary sent to a particular user's mobile device.2. User characteristic quasi automatically generated. On customer satisfaction and operational characteristics of record keeping procedures in order to enrich the user based on the records of the feature model.The system tried to synthesize the information collection, mobile database technology, design a source of information resources across the Internet, automatically collect user characteristics, user characteristics generated model, based on this model the final push to the user personalized push Internet information resources delivery service system. The system attempts to break through the limitations of current information push technology, the majority for the upcoming mobile Internet users free access to information more convenient way.
