Enterprise will raise competition ability, the informative construction of enterprise is the road that the enterprise must go, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) have offered overall solving schema for the informative construction of enterprise. The basic antilogy of ERP is taking the operation process of an enterprise as a close-knit supplying system, and it will divide the enterprise into several cooperating sub-systems, such as Finance, marketing, producing, service, engineering etc. It will perform a very effective management on all the elements in the enterprise inner supplying system such as purchase order, stock, storage, planning, producing, quality control, transport, sales, service, finance, cost control, operating risk and investment, decision support and human resources, etc. ERP system is an integration system of enterprise management, service process, basic data, humans and material resources, computer hardware and software. It has been gone deep into the daily operation and management of every enterprise.SAP is the top software in the ERP domain in the world, and it is the avant-courier of solving schema of the enterprise management. It has the advantage of full-scale, integration, flexibility, opening, and methodology for special conditions. It represents the most advanced managing idea and the most excellent software design.The company has already applied SAP system since 2007. Through used SAP system, makes the enterprise of business flow, information flow and cash flow high-speed roam as well as interdependent in ERP system, business processes and value chain realized highly automatization, operation efficiency and management level large increases. With the increase in business, a PDA (Personal Digital Assistant) is needed to do a better operation on purchasing, selling and storing. Based on these requirements, a Purchasing, Selling and Storing system is designed on the platform of SAP system applied in the company. It makes a full-scale management on the purchasing, selling and storing.The system is embedded into the PDA, and it switches data with the SAP system using the DCOM(Distributed Component Object Model) technology. The PDA replaces the PC station, and it shows a great advantage as mobility and stability. It greatly increases the managing efficiency and saves lots of human resource cost.This paper first made brief introduction for ERP system, pointed out that enterprise implements the importance of ERP system. Then the system of SAP R/3 is analyzed and the correlation of it and ABAP, PAD and DCOM is presented. In the following, this paper makes a deep analysis into the operation process of the company, and PDA functional specification is abstracted. Based on these requirements, the design methodology of the Purchasing, Selling and Storing system, including the code architecture, user interface design and interfacing. In the last, are given and the incoming and outgoing storehouse of operation relevant the key of algorithm analysis and design.This system is designed according to the current business on purchasing, selling and storing, and it can meet the current requirements. However, with the developing of the business, this system can also be used into other business process to increase the efficiency.
