Development And Analysis Of EDS In Wuwei Rural Commercial Bank

Currently,the general deed contract in Chinese banks includes the terms of all deed contracts,therefore,in real situations,the bank staff are inflexible to make extensive deed contract about projects as the clients applied.The bank clerks can only make the loan notice and prepare blank written agreement artificially.Then the clients fill in all the contracts with related information one by one.This procedure is time-consuming and easy to make errors.Given this situation,to enhance the efficiency of the protocol operation,the bank management department plans to digitalize the currently-used deed contract.In this way,it facilitates the control and management of deed contract versions on a single platform.Starting from the real needs of the Wuwei Rural Commercial Bank,the author in this paper designs and develops the web-based digitalized protocol management system.It will realize the mechanics of the resource-sharing,flexible deed contracts and offer the dynamic performance management inquiry as well as statistics report,in order to increase the efficiency of the deed management.The object-oriented design principle is employed in the system development.The multi-layer frameworkis designed in the whole system bythe pattern of the B/S of theASP.Net(C#)+Oracle.This system is multi-functional,including management about deed version,both restrictive and negotiable contracts,clients,auditing,statistics analysis,and the picture image,as well as the external interface of the system.The deed contract,whose version of language may be adjusted to the local need,can be made through this multi-lingual system.The research and findings of this paper include the following aspects:Firstly,the paper analyzes the current situation of the deed contract-making process together with the urgent problemsin the Wuwei Rural Commercial Bank,and finalizes the general design of digitalized protocol system,as well as constructs and designs systematic business procedure;secondly,the paper analyzes and finalizes specific function design of the digitalized protocol system;thirdly,the paper illustrates the main content of the database design of the digitalized protocol management system;moreover,system realizes all function sections of digitalized protocol management system through ASP.NET,and describes the business procedures and displays the core section through interface;finally,the paper concludes the digitalized protocol management system and puts forward futureresearch and design directions.
