The electrically operated actuator is important terminal execution equipment in the process control, along with the industrial production process automation degree enhancement, forward safe, stable, reliable, the intellectualized direction is developing, this requests its frequency conversion drive to transform from the simple rectification inversion installment into the collection actuation control, the I/O logic scene programming, the communication network connection and so on is a body and can adapt the different situation process control unit. But uses the integrated frequency conversion actuation technology the electrically operated actuator existence overtone contamination concern, therefore the overtone government and preventing and controlling becomes a research hot spot. Simultaneously the electrically operated actuator is a position-control system, uses the closed loop to achieve the good performance; But the position examination (speed examination) is a difficulty, often needs to examine the straight line displacement speed, its examination plan is not mature, the implementing agency structure is complex, examines the component not easy to install also easy to damage, therefore also becomes a research hot spot in the electrically operated actuator speed identification question. Above two research hot spot is the this article key research question.Therefore this article proposed one kind based on the non-velocity generator vector control plan, in which uses the neural network to carry on the identification to the rotational speed, and lost using the space measures SVPWM and the vector control unifies has realized the asynchronous machine frequency conversion velocity modulation, effectively reduced the frequency conversion drive overtone, thus has effectively solved the actuator frequency conversion actuation two key questions. Simultaneously used DSP(TMS320LF2407) digital signal processing chip to complete the intelligent electrically operated actuator frequency conversion drive hardware circuit design and the software programming, and has carried on the partial experiment to it.This article first introduced this topic background and myself do the work, then to proposed the system plan has carried on the proof, and the control plan conducts the simulation research to the designation to examine the control plan the feasibility. Then has conducted the research to the frequency conversion actuation system overtone question, emphatically had the method and the different amplitude modulation to the different PWM wave compared to has carried on the spectral analysis with the frequency modulation compared to the situation in to the line voltage and the interphase current, has obtained the effective reduced overtone measure, simultaneously has carried on the design to the frequency conversion actuation system software and hardware. Finally obtains the experimental result had proven this article proposed the intelligent electrically operated actuator frequency conversion drive design proposal is reasonable.
