Because foreground of Electric Vehicle development becomes more and more bright and techniques that correlate to it are continuously advanced, DSP-based Drive Control System of EV will engender major economical value and social effect. This paper introduces the method of Direct Torque Control (DTC) for EV drive system based on DSP, and carries on preliminary research of its theory and structure.At first,this paper researches and designs DSP-based Drive Control System of EV upon feature of EV and provides for solution. Then, at the base of intruducing DTC speed system, it describes design of low-speed,mid-speed project by DSP software controlling modes. Finally,it emphasises implemetion, researches and performs analysis of full-speed control mode and sliding mode control oAccording to above research and combining with practical needs of EV , it realizes high ,middle ,low ,nop and anti five speed and pedal non-level control. In all control modes especially when EV starts up at low speed with full load ,it realizes round magnetic chain, stator current observers and full speed control model and makes Ev have higher torque , and good climbbing capability with constant power and have high output speed with constant torque. All of these above provide control system behavior with good robust and sidiling mode .This paper combines control theory and partical feature of EV and combines DTC system with control technology with DSP Drive Control System of EV, it will have big practical value.
