Projector display technology has the relatively short history of high-tech; It is an important and indispensable component of information industry, and is widely applied. Projector is light mechatronic machine, providing light bulbs will produce large amounts of heat, the heat will reduce the projector and projector lamp life. It is necessary to cool the projector. The wind cooling is currently the most common use of the projector's cooling, but water cooling technology because of its high efficiency, good stability, low noise, easy maintenance and so more and more attention. The article is to present the procedures of water cooling system including engineering, supervising, maintaining, and testing, by taking the example of cooling system used in the liquid cooling system, The new technologies and new methods to the entire design. Such as tank design FPGA-based design of automatic water not only improves the reliability of the water cooling system, and reduces the water cooling system to maintain strength. In the heat exchanger design, fin design used to enhance the cooling effect. Cooling effect of trials, the use of thermocouple temperature sensors and data acquisition modules to accurately measure the thermal test data.The main work done in this paper is as follows:The overview of development in the projector and the research background; projector cooling system of the composition and working principle of discourse; projector water cooling system, electric cooling device design and structural design, the projector water cooling system the structure of heat exchanger design and electrical design; projector part of the water cooling system piping design; projector water cooling system design of the monitoring device; projector cooling system of routine maintenance; projector cooling system test and conclusions.
