Transmission line research in the field is very extensive, the frequency is just one aspect, while the frequency response as one of the important parameter, in many audio devices all have a pivotal role, because it is an important standard to measure the sound quality. For example, the computer sound card, the headphones, etc. all have the necessary relationship with it. Sound system's overall frequency response theory calls for 20~20000Hz. In practice, due to the circuit structure, component quality and other reasons, can not get the requirements, but at least 32~18000Hz. Thus, if you want to improve the quality of audio equipment products to meet the growing customer demand in the increasingly fierce market competition in an invincible position, transmission lines, optimization of the frequency response becomes very important. In the learning process of the frequency response, commonly used methods are two kinds of analysis and experiment. In this paper, analysis method, which is a physical mechanism based on theoretical calculation methods, that means the system for a given composition, the use of the corresponding physical laws, through the derivation and setting the system frequency response.Using frequency response method in the analysis and design of control systems, often the frequency response curve as the starting point for research questions. In this paper, MATLAB and its optimization of the frequency response of the simulation. This paper is the study of single transmission lines and series of three-way transmission lines, using frequency response analysis method to obtain expressions to determine the various parameters associated with it; in MATLAB, plot the actual frequency response graphs; to prepare for random error values procedures, to be distorted frequency response graphs; select Steepest_descent and the golden section method to the distortion of the frequency response graph is optimized to be optimized frequency response graphs; obtained by comparing the frequency response diagram that plunged through the law and the gold partitioning optimization can indeed make the frequency response error after distortion to a minimum.
