With the wide use of precision machinery,the precision of mechanical transmission is required more and more.Ball screw is the basic part of mechanical transmission.This paper through the advanced manufacturing process object error control platform developed by Huazhong University of Science and Technology.The error control of ball screw drive is studied.The proper object control model is the basis of control strategy research,and more and more strict control performance requirements in the mechanical industry require the researchers to continuously seek the better and more efficient mechanical transmission system control modeling method.This paper introduces the characteristic model of the ball screw transmission system,explains how the characteristic model is equivalent to the real system of higher order,and puts forward four characteristic model parameter initial value determination methods and compares the error square and size.The establishment of the advanced manufacturing process object ball screw transmission error control platform control system model based on the characterization of ball screw drive system of the model structure is simple and can be better.Based on the characteristic model,two kinds of linear and nonlinear golden section strategies of ball screw drive system error are designed.The simulation results show that the control strategy is effective.Both the fixed parameters and the adaptive golden section controller with on-line identification can make the error of the system stable in the adjustable range,the control effect is better,and the controller has a certain degree of robustness.Compared with linear golden section adaptive controller,nonlinear golden section adaptive controller has more advantages.In order to prove the effectiveness of the two control algorithms,in advanced manufacturing process error control platform designed two kinds of control algorithm software,the real-time error compensation,respectively by the PID control,linear golden section adaptive control,nonlinear golden,section adaptive control before and after the error compensation curve,verify the two control strategies able to control the ball screw transmission error effectively.
