The telecom operators are building the carrying network based on IP in great force as ALL-IP comes to become the amalgamation direction of the next gerneration network gradually。How to build the simple network with security, manageability and expansibility using the technology of MPLS VPN becomes a common question for discussion。This paper firstly introduces the recent research situation and development trend of the IP carrying network, and summarizes the operators'current main ideas and networking requirements on it。On the basis of in-depth studying of MPLS&VPN technology and fully analysising of a certain operator's network needs, a framework for IP carrying network according to the principle of "clear network-level and redundant notes" is designed。Then the VPN solution and four types of accessing solution are designed for different types of bearer services。The best one is selected。Based on the above solution, the router policies of IGP,BGP and VPN are designed, and the routing solutions of IGP single region,separation of inside and outside RR,metric program of the entire network are emphasized。Lastly it builds a simulate testing network according to the solution。Lastly a simulate testing network according to the solution is build。The solution is testified to satisfy requirements of the a certain operator through the interrelated test cases' design and test。The IP carrying network solution with the principles of simplicity,expansibility and manageability has a wide range of commonality, and provides some beneficial reference for all of the operators。The IP carrying network deals with extensive technical knowledge。Several important items are researched in this paper。We can continue further research on such items like QoS and network reliability。...
