As the fast development of the network technology, the way of communication is undergoing a revolutional change. Call Center also experienced the form of simple telephone hotline and interactive automatic voice response, and now has developed into CTI based big scale Call Center system which can provide multipile services for their customers and plays a very important role in many fields of the social life. IP Call Center is a new trend of the development of the call center and is receiving wildly application. IP Call Center gets rid of the old conception of call center and unites the voice, video, data even business procedure into a single system. It has greate meaning to the working way in a information society. IP PBX becomes the core of IP Call Center instead of CAD system and CTI server and brings uncomparable functionality, flexibility and extensibitly to IP Call Center. In this thesis, the basic conception and the technical contents of IP Call Center are described. The thesis also has a detailed description of the conception of IP PBX, the basic technology applied in IP PBX and H.323 protocol. An actual IP PBX system is described. Its designing thoughts and a part of its implementations are presented. Atlast, an advanced system is put forward.
