In recent years, with the rapid development of science, technology and industry production, especially in some special field, the demand to the using of working temperature of the circuit becomes higher and higher, and high-temperature microelectronics is paid more and more attention. We have done the further analysis and research on the high temperature analog CMOS circuits on the basis of previous analysis and research. Based on such theoretical analysis, we also design a two CMOS analog operational amplifier circuit, which is according to CMOS analog circuit design rules in high temperature.The thesis mainly includes the following aspects:1. The analysis and explanation to application prospect of high temperature CMOS analog amplifier circuit, history of development, and present achievement. Meanwhile, it explains the application of high temperature CMOS analog amplifier circuit in modern electronic technology.2. It analysis the causes which cause the instability of CMOS analog amplifier circuit in high temperature, and calculates the temperature characteristics of high-temperature CMOS analog amplifier circuit in theory which combined with Sa-equation theory. At the same time, it discusses the design rule of it for the introduction of a zero temperature coefficient point theory.3. It supplies a concrete-design process of high-temperature CMOS analog amplifier circuit, including four components. They are:3,Give a specific temperature CMOS analog amplifier circuit design process, including four components, respectively is:(1) Joining the offset level of leakage diode(2) Dioding with a bias input stage differential amplifier(3) With amplification of the middle class(4) The composition of MOS pipe leakage diode with complementary output level It emphasizes on the analysis of the high-temperature characteristics and design methods of all parts of the high temperature analog CMOS amplifier circuit.4. It expounds the compensation methods of frequency of the high temperature analog CMOS amplifier circuit.5. We have designed the two high-temperature CMOS analog amplifier circuit which meets the requirements according to the design rule and methods in previous chapters.
