Let the mass access the public information easily; use it quickly, just the duty and responsibility of the government. With the trend of green, healthy and environment friendly information consumption, reliable, non-pollution information products and services have to be served. The key is the balance of archival information dissemination of info-ecological. But this is a composed things, several ecological factors involves in, as archival institutes, archivists, archival resources and the spreading environment. The systematic and holistic idea must be applied in the construction and maintenance of the info-ecological system. The full text is divided six chapters, the content respectively is:The first chapter is the introduction. Introduced this selected article background, the research represent situation, the research aim and technique.The second chapter is the introduction of the info-ecology, the role of info-ecological and the balance.The third chapter basically expounds the concept of archival information communication, the disseminator and information resources, media, users, effect and information feedback, reveals the relationship between the archival information dissemination and the information ecology.The 4th chapter describes the crisis that exists in the process of archival information dissemination and analysis the reason of the crisis.The 5th chapter focuses on the archival information dissemination of info-ecological planning. Put forward the construction of info-ecological thinking and measures for the construction of info-ecology.The 6th chapter is about the conclusion and the prospect. Summarized the construction of archival information dissemination of info-ecology, points out its own research problems need to be solved in the next step.
