As the rapid popularization and development of Internet, China has become the country of the most netizens in the world. Network has become not only an indispensible medium like TV to get information and entertainment, but also an important platform for citizen's expressing comments and opinions. Because of the openness and interactive of Internet, as well as the diverse forms like BBS\blog\ twitter\podcast, etc, network is very different from the traditional medias. On the Internet, netizens who traditionally regarded as "audience" can freely and fully expressing individual voice.The research purpose of this paper is to discuss the ecological environment, composition, activities and unique social functions of China's network, and to propose strategies and measures of guiding it. It based on the theories of ecology communication and social conflicts. It mainly includes the following parts:The first part of this paper briefly introduced the research background, significance and research methods; The second part define and briefly explain the Related concepts; And the third is to discuss the development history, status quo, characteristics and forms of China's Internet opinion;The fourth part is to discuss the composition and relationship of the subjects of network, and its influence with traditional media. It based on the ecological environment, with "south tiger event" as example;The fifth part based on the theory of social conflict, with "hide-and-seek event" as a case. It mainly discuss the complex functions to realistic social of network which contained by the comments of ordinary netizens.The last part is to propose the strategies and measures of guiding network, basing on the above study.
