Design And Implimentation Of The Digital-photo-archives Management System For Chaozhou Municipal Office Of Sat

Photo archives are a kind of information resources involved in the work of taxation management. Along with the development of information technology and wide-spread of digital technology, digital photos have become widely used. The traditional managing approaches for photo archives are no longer in line with the modern requirement of taxation management. To introduce a new approach for the management of photo archives, therefore, has become very urgent. In the practice of Chaozhou Municipal Office of State Administration of Taxation, such problems as redundant processing, incontinent search and census, and inefficiency exist when dealing with the photo archives. These problems have held back the development of archives management in the State Administration of Taxation. What's more, there isn't any well-developed managing software for digital photo archives at the present.To solve the above-mentioned problems, the present study develops a digital-photo-archives management system, basing on the actual conditions of Chaozhou Municipal Office of State Administration of Taxation. By setting the user types and passwords, the system will be able to realize a safe access. Meanwhile, the system takes various kinds of user permissions to correspond to the different functions, and it will make the photo archives more manageable and searchable. The system will be characterized by such advantages as quick search, fast delivery over long distance and being able to be shared by more than one user simultaneously. It will provide a 24-hour and all-rounded open service to the online archives. By taking advantage of the Internet, the users would be able to search for and read information on the system conveniently, without being limited by time or place.The system uses the Visual Stadio.Net2005 integrated development environment of Microsoft Corporation, applying the object-oriented C# Language to program, and adopt the advanced ASP.NET technology with ADO.NET data schema. The system will adopt the SQL Server Database to store data as needed, improving the portability and adaptability of the program. Based on object-oriented idea, under NET2.0 environment, the system uses MVC design pattern and ASPX page design method which separates code from display. It achieves high cohesion and low coupling between program and module, improving the security and maintainability of program.
