HSUPA (High-Speed Uplink Packet Access), which follows HSDPA (High-Speed Downlink Packet Access), steps in a new development course of WCDMA system. HSUPA adapts key technologies such as re-transmission mechanism, much shorter TTI, etc. It rises the uplink speed as high as up to 5.76MB/S.The thesis mainly researches on the implementation procedures of HSUPA on RNC.Three aspects are proposed for the implementation:distribution of HSUPA code resoures,implementation of MAC-es and detailed analysis & conclusion of the impact on signal processing.We have designed the corresponding implementation scheme.Then,by writing the test example and setting up the test environment, we have verified the up-line HSUPA service.Firstly,we describe some fundamental conception of coding tree by introducing the production of OVSF code resoures and the structure diagram of coding tree.Meanwhile,based on the existent distribution algorithms of OVSF code resoures(random, left-most, tighten and weighting algorithms),we provide the detailed introduction and comparison analysis.Then we make the designing scheme followed by obeying the implementation principles of practical application,and combining two of the algorithms.Based on the different service procedures,we propose the conception of dynamic distribution which largely improves the usage rate of source code.In addition,we propose the conception of static distribution based on the characteristic of fixed coding in down-line HSUPA routing,which simplifies the difficulty of HSUPA code resoures distribution. We also proposed the detailed scheme for updating the management of HSUPA code resoures.Secondly,based on the MAC-es entity introduced by MAC level,we analyze the formation of E-DCH data frames in the agreement and design its decoding formation.Meanwhile,we propose the first-processing-second-discarding principle aimed at general group division and reorder processing.Furthermore,by setting the timer,we are able to deal with the data packet delay problems.Through designing the cycling of multiple buffers,we solve the problems of decoding inefficiency and data overload.Finally,we verify the utility and significance of proposed scheme by the analyzing&conclusion of singnal processing,the establishment of laboratory network environment and the compilation of the test procedures.
