With the rapid development of computer technology and network technique, our society greatly accelerates informatization process. We rely on information increasingly high degree. We grew higher to rely on information. Insurance companies also rely on computer processing business processes.Cooperation Learning was published in the 1970s. Cooperation learning theory frame was established too. It laid the foundation for self-organization of business systems. Business systems can work normally when staffs coordinate their actions. When staffs do not work coordinately, the system will not continue working.The aim of this paper is to research coordination faults model of Insurance Claiming System based on expanded Petri nets theory and the finite automaton theory. The main contributions of this dissertation are summarized as follows:(1) Wildcard and exponential form are added into the finite automaton in order to add the function of matching parts of characters. It reduces the probability of the state space of the finite automaton.(2) A hierarchical model for coordination faults detection of Insurance Claiming System based on high-level Petri nets and the finite automaton is presented. This model is divided into three layers, which are basic layer, faults detection layer and restore layer. In basic layer is Insurance Claiming System modeled based on Petri nets. A kind of Reachability Graph algorithm based on expanded Petri nets is presented. Property analysis of Insurance Claiming System model is provided based on expanded Petri nets in order to ensure the correctness of the basic business processes. Detecting coordination faults technology is presented in faults detection layer. A kind of detecting coordination faults algorithm based on high-level Petri nets and the finite automaton is presented. Restoring fault activities is based on log in restore layer.This paper expands dynamic describe ability Petri nets theory. A hierarchical model of coordination faults detection system is provided. It provides a good role in promoting fault-tolerance for coordination system.
