In China, although education has been paid more attention to,but for higher vocational education, the vocational teachers still do not feel attentional.In this paper, the study of the incentive mechanism of young teachers in higher vocational education has strong practical significance.This study is designed to establish incentive system of young teachers in higher vocational education, and determine the method of performance appraisal and the way of self-position in career development.There are four major aspects of the content in the research:Firstly, the paper introduces the research background, purpose, meaning, and research methods; Secondly, the paper introduces the theoretical basis of motivation in higher vocational education's young teachers; Thirdly, the paper analyses the states of the motivation in higher vocational education's young teachers; Fourthly, the paper proposes some solutions to the application of motivation in the management of the higher vocational education's young teachers and establish an incentive system model.In the study, there are a series of methods, mainly theoretical study,. And this paper collects, collates, researches and analyses the research results about motivation theory at home and abroad. On this basis, the paper gives system comments on the development trend and development process of the motivation theory, and introduces the basic viewpoints of the various theoretical schools, as well as the use of the theories.Besides, empirical analysis is another main method, which is the use of the existing theory of incentives.Through a series of questions designed to individual interviews, questionnaires, small seminars and other methods, the paper collects the views and opinions of vocational leadership, management and teachers and understand the problems in school management of the young teachers.Combined with the practical problems faced in the application of the incentive, the paper re-design the motivation system. Comparing methods is also used by analyzing the differences of the management of higher vocational education'young teachers in domestic and abroad and learning from foreign experiences, which can provide ideas and methods in the creation of a healthy and orderly program of teacher management.
