To study a language, it's very important to learn about the culture, to which the language belongs. During the process of teaching a foreign language, especially in the class of CAF, the teachers should pay special attention to the input (introduction) and the explaining of Chinese culture. With suitable means and ways, the teachers should help the foreign Chinese learners to achieve the knowing, the understanding and the recognition of Chinese culture, to heave the interest and the motive of the learners. In the Culture-Interpretation-Based-Model of the CAF-class, the teachers should also take the concrete phenomenon and subjects of Chinese culture as means of teaching, to strengthen the interaction between learning and teaching; to decrease and avoid the rigid teaching-way of grammar-input; to help the learners to know about Chinese culture during the learning of Chinese language, to improve the level of Chinese language during the contact with the Chinese culture. In the meanwhile, the knowing-background, the culture-background, the nation-background should be well considered during the input of Chinese culture. It should be reasonable and have a definite object in view. The culture phenomenon should be well selected and made a good fit-in with the language teaching, to form an excellent integration of communication-model, language-knowing-model and the culture model. The balance of quality and quantity during the teaching process should also be considered. The article will make our experience and trials in the CAF classes for German students as the starting point, try to research a new teaching-model of CAF-teaching, which is suitable for the Chinese-learners in Germany, or even the German-speaking Chinese-learners.
