With the fast development of Chinese economic and advancing of international standing, the number of businessmen who came to China has been larger. The business communication in which Chinese is used as a working Language has increased. The aim of the foreign learners is not to research Chinese but to use Chinese as a tool in their business communication. More and more foreign learners are eager to know and master the professional Chinese——Business Chinese.Business Chinese teaching belongs to ESP teaching. It must be seen in the over all context of ESP, as it shares the important elements of the needs analysis, syllabus design, course design and materials selection which are common to all fields of work in ESP. Although business Chinese teaching developed fast, its basic problems has not been solved perfectly. It didn't fit the demands for development in international trade. The author analyzes the present conditions of the college Business Chinese teaching, and then points out its shortcomings.ESP was born with the Changing of learner's needs and spreading of international communication. The ESP related theories overseas advanced greatly since World WarⅡ,which is very useful and helpful to Business Chinese teaching. In order to improve the quality of Business Chinese teaching, the author analyses ESP related theories used in Business English teaching and conceives a teaching plan for business Chinese teaching.Chapter one is introduction. Chapter two introduces the ESP main theories. Chapter three introduces present situation of business Chinese and points out its problems Chapter four conceives a teaching plan for business Chinese according to the ESP theories. Chapter five is summary.
