Fatigue caused by learning is one of the main reasons that one can not learn sustainably and efficiently. It also easily brings about school avoidance, if it takes place frequently, some physical and mental disease may generate with it. As a result, people have been exploring an effective way to alleviate the fatigue with limited time and space for a long time.Simple self-hypnotic-relaxation (referred to as self-relaxation-hypnosis, the same as the following), based on the research of psychological exercises between classes, absorbing the German physiologist Oskar Vogt's autogenic training (Autogenic Training) and traditional hypnosis techniques, is one of the researches on learning fatigue. It lead to alleviating the fatigue of students while restoring the level of cognitive process, so it divides into eight sections, for example, from relaxing to the calm, breathing regularly, heartbeat steady, relaxing eyes, limbs and body muscles, self-suggestion and an end to exercise training in these areas.The total expression of its operation expresses the use of relaxation training in psychology, which can be regarded as special relaxation training.In this study, the brain signals were chosen as the test results of self -relaxation-hypnosis, which could be collected by Spirit-10 biofeedback instrument in the Laboratory of Anhui Normal University. They contains theta waves, alpha waves, SMR waves and beta waves, the 3 kinds ratio ofθ/α,θ/SMR,θ/βcould reflect the level of individual attention and fatigue recovery. When the valuesθ/α,θ/SMR,θ/βgrow higher, it says that the lower the level of individual attention and fatigue state appears. On the contrary, when the individual physical and mental fatigue have been restored to relax, the level of attention state,θ/α,θ/SMR,θ/βvalues smaller.This study was designed as pre-test and post-test both for experimental group and controlling group. There were 74 experiment subjects who were selected from Anhui Normal University, Anhui University of Technology and Science, and Wuhu Institute of Technology. The experimental group took Simple Self-relaxation-hypnosis training every day after fatigue appears, while the controlled group took normal break activity at the same time. Comparison EEG values between the experimental group and the controlled group about different ages, gender and sensitivity level of the participants. The results are as following:(1)Simple self-relaxation-hypnosis could do better than normal break activity in relieving learning fatigue.(2)Simple self-relaxation-hypnosis were universally applicable for the participants in different genders, ages and sensitivity level.
