With the development of the second generation of cognitive science, cognitive science with influence on the behavior and mental process has attracted more and more attention. A number of studies confirm the cognitive subject physical condition, environmental factors, physical interaction with the environment affects the individual emotion, attitude and cognition. Cognitive fatigue is unable to avoid the cognitive process of a negative impact, the negative effects on the individual physical health, to the ongoing and even malignant interference to cognitiveactivities. Cognitive fatigue interferes with the focus of attention, hindered therational allocation of cognitive resources, also adversely affect the control function of cognitive activity, cognitive fatigue will be the formation of long timepsychological fatigue, affect the individual’s ability to plan and execute ability. In contrast, the cognitive process of fatigue and recovery is an active process, help the individual to restore physiological function such as neurotransmitters and concentration of psychological function, adapt to the environment.From behavior refers to one thing or experience from the process itself. As a common psychological training behavior--off behavior, has been in the group training as a method of self satisfaction and emotion regulation is widely used. Although no studies confirm off behavior impact on individual cognition, but many studies have confirmed the positive effects of group training on the individual, andthis training contains clear behavior. Then the mental fatigue recovery process will be the health impact? From behavior on psychological fatigue and can play whatrole? Therefore, this study used attention related experiment, studied the effectsof three different environment from behavior of cognitive fatigue recovery.The study consists of four experiments, experiment with two different cognitivetask difficulty:simple cognitive tasks (Go/NoGo test) and a complex cognitive task difficulty (three two digit addition calculation), stability of different cognitive difficulty fatigue effect, fatigue recovery experiment to determine the fatigueparadigm. The results found that the "Go/NoGo" task, the reaction time and correct rate trend more stable and uniform, showing a clear trend, from the firststage to the fourth stage, reaction time are growth, the correct rate decreased;"three two digit addition" cognitive task results have showed reaction time and correct rate of change, but the change trend of fluctuations, the correct ratedecreased from the first stage to the fifth stage, but the reaction time of the second stage reaction time of five stages is the shortest, the third stage reaction time is five stages long. Experimental the entity from the effects of cognitivefatigue recovery, the cognitive subject fatigue induced by experimental groupentities off behavior, the control group at the same time to rest. Results:the entity from behavioral experiments in the experimental group and the control group subjects subjects in cognitive level of operation and after the break off after the entity are significantly higher than the level of cognitive fatigue stages of cognitive task. Fatigue experimental group entities from experiment subjectsrecovery effect and control of cognitive fatigue group equal time to rest after the recovery effect compared with significant difference. Experiment three virtualinterface off on experimental effect of cognitive fatigue recovery, the cognitive subject fatigue induced by experimental group computer screen (virtual interface)off behavior, the control group at the same time to rest. Results:two groups ofrest or virtual off after the reaction time was significantly shorter in the cognitivefatigue stages of reaction time; the correct rate was significantly higher than that of the correct rate of cognitive fatigue stage. But the virtual interface off behaviorsubjects group and the control group on off behavior or experimental post restand no significant difference. Experiment four to imagine leaving the effects of cognitive fatigue recovery, the cognitive subject fatigue induced by experimental group imagine leaving behavior, the control group at the same time to rest.Results:the experimental group was to imagine leaving behavior showed cognitive fatigue recovery effect; the control group subjects at rest also emerged after the cognitive fatigue recovery effect; contrast imagine off behavior data and the rest after the data that the correct cognition rate, the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group, reaction time was significantly lower than that of the control group.Comprehensive analysis and Discussion on the experimental results, we draw the following conclusions:have without cognitive effects of task difficulty on fatigue of cognition, but different cognitive task difficulty, the onset of fatigue has slightly different entity from behavior; contribute to the cognitive fatigue recovery; imagineleaving behavior contribute to cognitive fatigue recovery; simple virtual interfacefrom behavioral recovery can not play a role in promoting the cognitive fatigue.The results support the main idea embodied cognitive science, interactive bodyhuman’s behavior and environment had an impact on the psychological process.
