Breathing relaxation training is a conscious and planned exercise of psychological techniques for breathing adjustment and limb relaxation to improve physical and mental control.In this study,the respiratory training course and the respiratory relaxation experience questionnaire were used to screen high and low participants with different levels of respiratory relaxation experience for 8 weeks and 2 times a week for breathing training;the use of multi-channel biometric recorders to measure individual breathing Physiological and psychological responses before and after training,observing the characteristics of changes in the corresponding indicators,and exploring the effects of training on individual psychology and autophysiological responses and the correlation between the two;Finally,measuring the fatigue of the subjects through a multi-dimensional fatigue scale.to investigate the effect of respiratory training on the recovery of individual fatigue.After research,the following conclusions have been drawn:(1)Among the results measured by the Relaxation Breath Relaxation Questionnaire and the Relaxation Training Effort Self-Assessment Scale,the experimental group’s Breath Relaxation Experience Questionnaire Total Score,Whole Body Relaxation Dimensions,Relaxation Relaxation Dimensions,Muscle Relaxation Dimensions,and Physical Assessment,Physical Stress,and Recognition On the tension level,the degree of post-test relaxation was significantly higher than that of the pre-test,but there was no significant difference between the control group and the post-test.It was shown that breathing training led to differences in the pretest and posttest of subjects in the experimental group,that is,breathing training can increase the level of relaxation.(2)Whether it is the total score of respiratory relaxation experience,or the result of overall relaxation,respiration relaxation,and muscle relaxation,the mean difference between the pretest and posttest of the low-level group was significantly higher than that of the high-level group.In terms of physical assessment and cognitive stress assessment,the mean values of the pre-test and post-test differences in the low-level group were also significantly higher than those in the high-level group.As for the results of the physiological stress assessment,the mean difference between the pretest and posttest differences in the high and low groups was not significant.In general,breathing training can significantly increase the level of relaxation,and the improvement effect of the low level group is better than the high level group.(3)The results of the effects of respiratory training on physiological indicators showed that the high and low groups had the highest pretest,the second lowest,and the lowest posttest in terms of mean heart rate,mean skin power,average respiratory rate,and mean myoelectricity;The temperature mean value was the lowest in the pretest,the second in the measles,and the highest in the posttest.After breathing training,the physiological relaxation level of the experimental group increased significantly,while the physiological relaxation level of the control group was lower than the pretest.This shows that respiratory training is effective for physiological indicators,and the overall exercise and single exercise have significant results.(4)Comparing the results of the five physiological indicators of the high and low groups,the results showed that the mean values of the difference between the pretest and posttest in the low-level group were significantly higher than those in the high-level group in the electrocardiogram and myoelectric indicators;On the temperature and respiration indicators,the mean difference between the two groups of pre-test and post-test differences was not significant.This shows that the effect of lowering the level of skin electricity and myoelectricity in the low-level group is better than that in the high-level group.(5)The results of the correlation analysis between the pre-tested respiratory relaxation experience,the relaxation training effect self-assessment scale(the physical assessment scale,the physiological stress scale,the cognitive tension scale),and the physiological indices showed that the respiratory relaxation experience questionnaire The scores and all dimensions were significantly negatively correlated with respiratory index and myoelectric index.The dimension of muscle relaxation was also significantly negatively correlated with skin power and positively correlated with skin temperature index.In the self-assessment scale,only the physiological stress scale and the cognitive tension scale were significantly negatively correlated with the myoelectric index,and there was no significant correlation with other physiological indicators.(6)The results of correlation analysis of the post-test relaxation experience and the five physiological indicators showed that the total score of the respiratory relaxation experience questionnaire and all dimensions and five physiological indicators were all strongly correlated,and the indicators of electrocardiogram,skin power,respiration,and myoelectricity were significant.Negative correlation,with a significant positive correlation with skin temperature indicators.In the self-assessment scale,physical assessment,cognitive tension,and skin temperature were all weakly correlated,and physiological stress was not significantly correlated with skin temperature.In addition,self-assessment scale and other four physiological indicators were significant.Negatively related.(7)In the fatigue total score and four dimensions,the post-test fatigue levels of the experimental group were significantly lower than the pretest,except that the descending dimension of power was significantly higher than the pretest,the total fatigue of the control group and other dimensions.The differences were not significant,that is,the control group showed a more pronounced power-decreasing state in the posttest,and the post-test fatigue of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group.This indicates that respiratory training led to changes in fatigue levels in the pretest and posttest of subjects in the experimental group.Respiratory training can not only relieve overall fatigue,but also relieve fatigue states such as physical fatigue,motility-decrease,mental fatigue,and activity-reduction.(8)In the fatigue total score,physical fatigue and power-decrease dimensions,the mean of the difference between the pretest and posttest of the low-level group was significantly higher than that of the high-level group;in the mental fatigue,activity-decrease dimension,the high group and the low The differences in the mean of the difference between the group’s pretest and posttest were not significant.This shows that after respiratory training,the overall fatigue state,physical fatigue,and impaired state of the low-level group are more effective than the high-level group.(9)The results of the correlation test of fatigue,subjective relaxation experience and physiological indicators of the pretest showed that,compared with the questionnaire of respiratory relaxation experience,except that the activity-decrease dimension and the respiratory relaxation experience are mostly weakly related or unrelated,the total fatigue score and other dimensions are similar.Breath relaxation experience and all dimensions were significantly negatively correlated.Compared with the relaxation effect self-assessment scale,the.two dimensions of activity reduction and power decline were not significantly related to physical assessment,physiological tension,and cognitive tension.The total score of fatigue,physical fatigue,mental fatigue,physical assessment,and physical stress Cognitive stress was significantly negatively correlated.Compared with physiological indexes,ECG,skin power and fatigue indicators were mostly irrelevant or weakly correlated;skin temperature index was significantly negatively correlated with fatigue total score,mental fatigue,activity-decrease;respiratory index There was only a significant positive correlation with the physical fatigue dimension;in addition to the dynamic-declining dimension,there was a significant positive correlation between myoelectric indicators and fatigue total scores and other dimensions.(10)The correlation test results of post-test fatigue,subjective relaxation experience and physiological indicators show that,compared with the respiratory relaxation experience questionnaire,the fatigue total score and each dimension are strongly correlated with the respiratory relaxation experience and each dimension.Compared with the relaxation effect self-assessment scale,the total fatigue score and all dimensions were strongly correlated with physical assessment,physiological stress,and cognitive tension.Compared with physiological indicators,except for the activity-decrease dimension and the skin electrical index,there was no significant correlation.The fatigue total score and other dimensions were strongly correlated with the five physiological indicators of ECG,skin power,skin temperature,respiration,and myoelectricity. |
