Clinical Study On Treatment Wound After Anal Fistual With Zihua Burns Ointment

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Zihua Burns Ointment for external application in treating the opening wound after operation of anal fistula and prove the Zihua Burns Ointment could accelerate the healing process of the opening wound.Methods:60 cases with the disease who received anal fistulectomy were randomly divided into two groups, of 30 cases. The treatment group use Zihua Burns Ointment and the control group use the musk hemorrhoidal basilicon MaYing Long. All cases were treated until recovery.Observe the length of healing time,the diminishing area and the symptoms such as ache,edema and overflow of the succus of the wound and side effects. The relative results were calculated statistically with SPSS12.0 software. Statistical significance was accepted as the P value less than 0.05.Conclusion:Treatment group's union-time of wound was 21.77±3.09 days, control group's union-time was 24.67±3.17days, treatment group's union-time of wound was shorter than control group's(P<0.05) The scores of postoperative complications and the rate of diminishing area were much lower in the treatment group than the controlled group(P<0.05); The total effective rates of the treatment group were significant higher than that of control group. Tow groups have no side effects.Results:The results showed that Zihua Burns Ointment can effectively short the healing time of wounds,diminish area,prevent postoperative complications without side effects and is promising in clinical application.
