Objectives:1. To describe the status quo of new nurses'self-efficacy in nursing activities;2. To compare new nurses'self-efficacy in nursing activities among different working time,different department , different home education and different character;3. To investigate and analyze some factors associated with new nurses'self-efficacy in nursing activities;4. To analyze factors influencing nurses'new nurses'self-efficacy in nursing activ ties and talk about methods to improve new nurses'self-efficacy in nursing activities. Subjects and Methods:Taken the convient sampling method, collected 350 new nusres working at two hospitals within three years, make a questionnaire survey. Use the questionnaire of new nurses'self-efficacy and its impact factors in nursing activities to collect data. the questionnaire has been done with the reliability and validity test. Finally, SPSS software for windows version 16.0 was applied to analyze the data.Results:1. The overall status quo of new nurses'self-efficacy in nursing activities,total is 15.74±2.34,Nursing skills, 3.20±0.60, communication 3.03±0.59, adapt to the environment 3.43±0.563,critical thinking 3.33±0.52, research ability 2.75±0.752. The status of new nursers'self-efficacy in nursing activities among different backgrounds2.1 The difference among first acdemic level of new nursers'nursing self-efficacy in activities has significant (P <0.05). The first undergraduate degree and above the skills of nursing activities, self-efficacy score was 3.19±0.51, lower than the first acdemic level secondary (3.33±0.50), college (3.38±0.50) .2.2 The difference among working time of new nursers'nursing self-efficacy in activities has significant (P <0.05). Working time in 25-36 months of self-efficacy score of nursing activities (3.26±0.47) were higher than the working time in the 0-18 months (3.03±0.62) ,19-24 months (3.20±0.61).2.3 The difference among different sections of new nursers'nursing self-efficacy in activities has significant(P <0.05). ICU,surgery room in the nursing skills latitude score were 2.52±0.45,2.76±0.55, respectively, lower than medical (3.2±0.58), surgery (3.28±0.58), maternal (3.23±0.62), pediatric (2.95±0.41), emergency (3.45±0.37), infection (3.07±0.43), integrated (3.24±0.70), patient (3.07±0.80).2.4 The difference among different style in leadership of new nursers'nursing self-efficacy in activities has significant (P <0.05). Self-efficacy score (3.24±0.74) of new nurses under the leadership of Autocratic is lower than under the leadership of democratic (3.44±0.53) and consultations (3.51±0.53).2.5 The difference among different body image of new nursers'nursing self-efficacy in activities has significant (P <0.05). General body image Nursing care activities of new self-efficacy scores (3.26±0.60) lower than the body image is better (3.55±0.47) And very good body image scores of new nurses (3.66±0.51).3. Correlation analysis ,direct experience(2.97±0.47), indirect experience(3.38±0.57), social suppor(t3.16±0.55) and self-care activitie(s3.33±0.60)correlation coefficient followed by 0.58,0.51,0.46,0.55. A majority of people referred to their theoretical knowledge and practical ability, and sections of culturing, as well as hospitals, departments and their families and other support are important factors.Conclusions:1.The overall status of the new nurses'self-efficacy in nursing activities is at a medium level, ascending order of the five latitudes is scientific research ability, communication, communication, nursing skills, critical thinking, environmental adaptation. So it is necessary take reasonable and effective measures to improve the new nurses'self-efficacy in nursing activities;2.The first acdemic level which is undergraduate degree and above is lower than secondary and tertiary. The new nurses who working in the 25-36 months is higher than who work in the 0-18 months, reflected in nursing skills and research abilities, indicating increasing with working time, the hospital organization's English language training, scientific research in learning has a positive effect.3.Operating room and ICU nurses care activities of new skills are lower than other department, mainly reflected in nursing skills. Note that nursing managers should strengthen training to the new nurses in the two special departments.4.The new nurses's scores under the leadership dictatorship is lower than the new nurses under the lendship democratic or consultative . reflected in adapting to the environment. Note managers should use an effective management style to create a good working atmosphere and to create a good working environment. Self-efficacy of new nurses whose body image is normal is lower than the body image in the general good and very good , mainly reflected in adapting to the environment. Note us to improve professional image of nurses.5.Successful experience and social support are important factors in self-efficacy.
