Clinical Studies On Effect Of Zi-dian-qing Granule On 30 Patients With Anaphylactoid Purpura

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Zi-Dian-Qing granule on patients of anaphylactoid purpura.To provide a new method for treatment of anaphylactoid purpura.Methods:Methods of open label were applicated.58patients of HSP were divided into two groups as the observed group including 30 cases and the controlled group including 28 cases.Both the two groups were given Zi-Dian-Qing granule and Prednisone respectively. Impersonality appraise the clinical curative effect of Zi-Dian-Qing granule.Results:The respective overall effective rates of the observed group and controlled group were 93.3% and82.1%. But there was no statistical difference between the two groups (P>0.05). Compared between the two groups,the time was shorter in the observed group than in the controlled group in the aspect of purpura,but there was no statistical difference between the two groups (P>0.05);in the aspect of proteinuria the time was shorter in the observed group,and there was statistical difference between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion:The overall effective rates of the two groups are similar and Zi-Dian-Qing granule can decurtate the time of proteinuria of the patients significantly.lt is effective for the treatment of HSP.
