Study On The Effect Of Zidianzhenxiao(non-decocted) Granule On Serum Immune Molecules In Rabbits With Anaphylactoid Purpura

Purpose: To study the effect of Zidian Zhenxiao Granule on the changes of immune molecules in rabbits with allergic purpura and its mechanism.To explore the role of immune molecules in the pathogenesis of allergic purpura.To provide a strong scientific basis before the clinical study of ZiDian ZhenXiao granules.Method:(1)According to the prescription in Zidian Zhenxiao Granule,made into Zidian Zhenxiao(free fried)particles.(2)The rabbit model of allergic purpura was made,and the changes of blood routine and immune molecules before and after treatment were observed.(3)The rabbits were randomly divided into high,medium and low dose groups and blank control group.The high and low dose groups were given different doses of Zidian Zhenxiao granules,and the blank control group was not given the drug treatment.(4)To observe the results of the use of different doses of high,medium,low,blank control group of blood,serum immune molecules.(5)Using spss19.0 data processing,the experimental results.Result:(1)Compared with the blank control group,the high,medium and low dose groups of Zidian Zhenxiao Granule can improve the skin of the HSP rabbit model in different degrees and shorten the time of repairing and improving the skin ecchymosis.(2)The results showed that there was significant difference between high,medium and low dose group and blank control group(P<0.05),and taking Zidian Zhenxiao Granule can promote HSP rabbit model of blood tends to normal.While there was no statistically significant difference between high,middle and low dose groups(P>0.05);?Taking A can promote the normal IgA of HSP rabbit model,the comparison between high,middle and low dose group and blank control group is statistically significant(P<0.05),but there is no statistically significant difference between high,medium and low dose groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:(1)Zidian Zhenxiao Granule can improve the allergic purpura rabbits back skin swelling,promote skin petechia changes,shorten the course of disease.(2)Zidian Zhenxiao Granule can improve the level of blood routine,so that IgA tends to normal,which may be one of the mechanisms for the treatment of allergic purpura.
