The Research About Zhixuanhuantantongluo Decoction Interferences On The Blood Vessel Endothelium Function Of Hypertension Patients

Objective:Through observe the protective function about ZhiXuanHuaTanTongLuo Decoction in treating hypertension known as stagnation of phlegm and heat syndrome, initially explore its mechanism.Methods:60 cases of hypertension knowns as stagnation of phlegm and heat syndrome had been randomly divided into group A and B. Group A was the treatment group which took the amlodipine as well as ZhiXuanHuaTanTongLuo Decoction.Group B was the control group which only took amlodipine.After one month treatment, observe the improvement about main clinical symptoms, the index change about the random pressure,24 hours ambulatory blood pressure, blood flow, carotid blood Doppler, Blood Vessel Endothelium(BVE)function and arterioscelerosis.Results: Compared with the pretherapy, post-treatment obviously improved the total curative effects about TCM symptoms, BPload, TXB2,6-K-PGF1a, NO, ET-1, blood viscosity, fibrinogen, Plasma Viscosity(PV), arm index as well as pulse wave rate.The treatment group had more curative effects than the control group.The BP and daylight BP load of treatment group and control group were much improved after therapy,while as well as carotid plaque and IMT there was no significant difference between two groups.Conclusions:ZhiXuanHuaTanTongLuo Decoction can greatly improve the clinical symptoms, enhance the curative effect.Through adjust the TXB2,6-K-PGF1α,NO,ET-1's level, improve the blood viscosity, reinforce the artery elaticity, stabilize plaquue, in coordination with depressurization, it can protect the BE function disturbance and hypertension, ZhiXuanHuaTanTongLuo Decoction can play an important role in preventing and treating hypertension as well as its complications.
