Objective:To establish the Draft of TCM treatment based on syndrome differentiation for HFMD by Delphi method based on the result of Literature Research and Clinical investigation and study.Methods:ⅠLiterature Research—drawing the Chinese periodical database on to consult the literature materials concernjing expositions and medcical records of FHMD.Through literature research,some literatures will be collected since ancient times to modem,including HFMD TCM treatments,prescriptiongs and so on.ⅡExpert Survey—Using Deliphi questionnaire survey methed.In the questionnaire,average,the 2 poits percentage,coefficient of variation are calculated to statistically analyze the extent and level of coordination of experts'opinion of various indexes. Through three round of questionnaire,the proposal of TCM treatment based on syndrome differentiation of HFMD was fomated.Results:119 literatures conformd to requst goal are retrieved by domestic literature database,turned three rounds of experts questionnaire.The expertise is centralized in the thrid round of experts questionnaire,then finished consultation. Finally establish the proposal of TCM treatment based on syndrome differentiation of HFMD.Conclusion:We successfully establish the clinic proposal of TCM treatment based on syndrome differentiation of HFMD by Delphi method that is aviable and effectiveway.
