Object:To study the influence of Shu-Mu compatibility on the alterations of slipoid metabolites in the blood plasma in FD rats by using 1H-NMR technique, and the influence of Shu-Mu compatibility on the gastrin in the blood plasma in FD rats by using ELISA.Methods:Fifty Wistar rats were randomly divided into five groups(n=10):Control group,Model group,Wei shu (BL 21) group,Zhong wan (RN 12) group and Wei shu (BL 21) adds Zhong wan (RN 12) group.Acupoints " Wei shu (BL 21)" and "Zhong wan (RN 12)" were selected and treated with the stimulating power which kept local muscle of rats slightly shaken for 20min(thin-dense alternative wave, frequency 2-100HZ, electric volt 2-4V), once a day,10 days are in total. 1H-NMR technique was used to obtain the small molecules' metabolic spectra of the blood plasma slipoid, the data were normalized, integrated and treated by SIMCA-P10.0 software pack to analize the major component (PCA) and the partial leastquares discriminate (PLS-DA) in combination with OSC method, in this way, the corresponding score scattering plot and loading plot were obtained. And ELISA technique was used to determine the content of gastrin in the blood plasma in FD rats.Results:1. The result of assaying of gastrin:First, the interclass difference between the model group and the control group possess statistical significance; Second, the interclass differences among every acupuncture groups and the model group possess statistical significance; Third, the interclass differences among the Wei shu (BL 21) group, Zhong wan (RN 12) group and Wei shu (BL 21) adds Zhong wan (RN 12) group possess statistical significance. the result of CPMG(Carr, Purcell, Meiboom and Gill):A obvious seperation could be seen between model group and control group. Compared with control group, the samples of the model group one side contain less Lactate(δ1.31-δ1.32),on another side contain more Acetone(δ2.22,δ2.23), and 3-hydroxybutyrate(δ1.19,δ1.20). 2. The result of CPMG experiment showed the seperation among Wei shu (BL 21) group, Zhong wan (RN 12) group and Wei shu (BL 21) adds Zhong wan (RN 12) group. Compared with model group, the samples of the three group one side contain less Acetone (δ2.22,δ2.23), and 3-hydroxybutyrate (δ1.19,δ1.20), and cho/pc (δ3.26), and HDL/LDL(δ0.88,δ0.89), on another side contain more NAc (δ2.02,δ2.03).However, the content of NAc (82.02,82.03) in Wei shu (BL 21) adds Zhong wan (RN 12) group are more than that in other two groups.Conclusion:1. The stimulus method causes the dysfunction of spleen-stomach transportation metabolism and liver in model group, then result in the functional dyspepsia.2. The content of gastrin in FD rats is reduced. Electro-acupuncture with wei shu-mu compatibility can promotes secretion of gastrin, and there is a apparent combined potentiation in wei shu-mu compatibility.3. Provocativng wei shu point with electroacupuncture can regulate the function of spleen-stomach transportation metabolism through regulating the function of liver. And provocativing zhong wan point can directly modulate the function of spleen-stomach transportation metabolism. Both of them can use to treat FD.4. wei shu-mu compatibility can regulate the function of both liver and spleen-stomach transportation metabolism.5. Using CPMG experiment to analyse the result of the'H-NMR spectral alterations of micromolecule metabolites in the blood plasma in FD rats can find the difference among the five groups. So it is worth us to additoinal syudy.
