Clinical Research Of The Granule Moxibustion On Bahuang And Baihui Points To Treat Qi And Blood Deficiency Cervical Vertigo

Objective:To research the clinical therapeutic effect of the Granule Moxibustion on BaiHui point and BaHuang points therapy on Qi and blood deficiency cervical vertigo, and provide a new idea and approach for cervical vertigo.Methods:66 patients from two hospitals were collected according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, and randomized divided into 2 groups, as 1:1 proportion. Both groups were treated 5 days a week for 4 weeks, a total of 20 times, on Saturday,Sunday rest. Curative effect determination:(1)The determination of improve the cervical vertigo symptoms:using the cervical vertigo symptom assessment scale;(2)The determination of TCM's syndrome change:using the TCM's syndrome scale;(3) The normal rate of TCD;(4) The recurrence rate during the follow-up period. At same time, to recording and observing the factors, such as age,sex, which could influence the prognosis. Baseline information of both groups was compared, and all the side effects during acupuncture therapy were recorded in detail. The results were analyzed with SPSS.Results:(1) Baseline evaluation:The baseline conditions in both groups were comparable, P>0.05; (2) Comparison after treatment:Markedly effective rate of observer group is36.36%,the control group is 30.30%.Although observer group is higher than control group, but, there were no significant statistical differences between two groups(P>0.05). Total effective rate of observer group is 84.85%,and control group is 63.64%. Observer group is higher than control group, there are significant differences between two groups (P<0.05);(3)Comparison the two groups of cervical vertigo symptom assessment scale:compared with before treatment, the scale of the two groups was significantly reduced.There are significant differences (P <0.05).After treatment, the scale of observer group is lower than control group. There are significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).(4)The TCM's syndrome scale:compared with before treatment, the TCM's syndrome scale of two groups were declined, there were significant differences (P<0.05);compared with control group, after treatment the observer group'scale is reduced, there were significant differences (P<0.05).(5) Comparison the TCD normal rate of two groups after treatment:the normal rate of two groups were increased, there were significant differences (P<0.05); the TCD normal rate of observer group is higher than control group, there were significant differences (P<0.05);(6)Recurrence rate in one months follow-up after treatment, observer group was lower than control group. But there were no significant differences between two groups(P>0.05); (7) No serious side effect in both groups.Conclusion:(1) This research design and implement program is feasible and practical. (2)The granule moxibustion on Baihui point and Bahuang points therapy have better clinical effective which can improve symptom of cervical vertigo and no side effect. It is worth to promoting.
