Clinical Research Of The Intervention Effect Of Urokinase To Different Tcm Syndromes Of Ild

Objective:To evaluate the intervention effect and safety of urokinase to treat ILD patients whose syndromes are deficiency of both qi and yin-type and phlegm and blood stasis obstructing lung-type. Methods:Selecting 80 ILD patients, each type has 40 cases who were randomly assigned into 2 groups.20 patients in the control group were treated by glucocorticoid,azithromycin and aminophyllin;20 patients in the treatment group were added by the urokinase therapy.4 groups were treated for 14 days to observe the clinical therapeutic effect. Results:There has difference in the situation improvement of symptoms, signs and laboratory examinations between 2 groups of each type. There also has difference in the situation improvement of this 3 aspects between the control group of 2 types. These differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:Urokinase has the intervention effect to both 2 types. And its intervention effect to phlegm and blood stasis obstructing lung-type is superior to that to deficiency of both qi and yin-type. It has few side effects and high security when clinical application.
