| Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of treating stable angina of coronary heart disease through applying the Yi qi po yu capsule.Methods:Dividing 60 cases to two groups random:30 cases take Yi qi po yu capsule.30 cases take Xin ke shu tablet respectively for 4 weeks. Results:After 4 weeks treatment, angina pectoris, experimental group that was 33.33%, total effective rate was 76.67%;control group, markedly effective rate was 16.67%, total effective rate was 50%. Medicine Clinical symptoms of the experimental group was markedly 33.33%, total effective rate was 86.67%;markedly effective rate was 16.67% in control group, the total effective rate was 60%. EKG, test group that was 30%, total effective rate was 73.33%;markedly effective rate was 16.67% in control group,the total effective rate was 43.33% respectively.There were significant differences (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, experimental group after treatment, blood rheology were greatly improved(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusions:Yi qi po yu capsule has good curative effect on treating angina of coronary heart disease, can catabatic angina effectually, amend anoxemia on EKG, banish main symptom. At the same time, meliorate blood-rhelogy, modulate fat of blood, improve endothelium function. Bad effect has not token place. |
