Research On The Medication Rule Of Professor Yao Meiyu In The Treatment Obese Polycystic Ovary Syndrome Based On Data Mining Technology

Objective Through sorting and analyzing the medical record information of Professor Yao Meiyu in the treatment of obese polycystic ovary syndrome,this paper focuses on the law and characteristics of his prescription,summarizes the clinical experience of her tutor in the treatment of obese polycystic ovary syndrome,excavates the core prescription,explores the potential mechanism of the core prescription,and provides more TCM diagnosis and treatment ideas for the disease.Methods Study 1: Taking the medical record data of Professor Yao’s treatment of obese polycystic ovary syndrome patients as the research object,using the software of traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance auxiliary platform 3.0,SPSS statistics 28 and SPSS modeler 18.3,based on the method of data mining,the age,four diagnosis,prescription and other information of patients are statistically analyzed,the traditional Chinese medicine treatment mechanism and modern pharmacology of common drugs are analyzed,and the compatibility law of common drugs is analyzed by using association rules.The cluster analysis method is used to summarize the commonly used prescriptions and tap the potential core prescriptions at the same time.Study 2: Carry out network pharmacological research on the core prescription,obtain the effective components and targets of the core prescription through TCMSP database,Pub Chem database and Uniprot database,at the same time,obtain the corresponding targets of obese polycystic ovary syndrome through Gene Cards database;Using Cytoscape3.7.2 software to construct the network diagram of "traditional Chinese medicine-disease-component-target",and screen common targets through network topology analysis;Use String platform to build PPI network model of related targets and obtain core targets;David database was used for GO enrichment analysis and KEGG pathway enrichment analysis.Results Study 1: A total of 123 prescriptions were included,including 82 traditional Chinese medicines,and the total frequency of drugs was 2249 times.The frequency of cold drugs was the highest,reaching 915 times;Bitterness was the most common,with a frequency of 1238 times;The main meridians were in the lung,with a frequency of 1269 times;The drugs of clearing away heat,resolving phlegm,relieving cough,relieving asthma and tonifying deficiency are used most,1244 times in total.Therefore,it is speculated that the treatment of Professor Yao Meiyu of obese polycystic ovary syndrome is mainly clearing heat,resolving phlegm and tonifying deficiency.Four groups of commonly used drug pairs were obtained by association rule analysis,four groups of commonly used drug combinations were obtained by cluster analysis,and 10 traditional Chinese medicines were included in the core prescription.Study 2: There are 112 intersection targets between the core prescription and obese polycystic ovary syndrome.The active ingredients of traditional Chinese medicine include quercetin,stigmasterol,β-Sitosterol,etc.The PPI protein network was used to screen 55 core targets,including TNF,IL-6,VEGFA and so on.GO and KEGG enrichment analysis showed that the core targets involved positive regulation of cell proliferation,extracellular space,enzyme binding,estrogen signaling pathway,insulin resistance signaling pathway,etc.Conclusion1.Professor Yao Meiyu treats obese polycystic ovary syndrome from the spleen and stomach,takes clearing stomach heat and expelling spleen dampness as the treatment method,and tonifies the kidney,soothes the liver,dissipates blood stasis and dredges meridians.The purpose of treatment is to dispel evil and strengthen health,and regulate menstruation and physique.2.Professor Yao Meiyu often uses cangfu Daotan decoction,Baihu Decoction and Xiaochaihu Decoction to treat obese polycystic ovary syndrome.It is inferred from formula test that the type of stomach heat and dampness resistance is the most common in clinic.3.It is speculated that the core prescription in the treatment of obese polycystic ovary syndrome has the characteristics of multiple compounds,multiple targets and multiple signal pathways.
