| Objective: To explore the effect of Xin Naotongluo Solution on HCY and FIB of acute phase cerebral ischemia in rats through establishing focal cerebral ischemia model in rats, and to set the theory on the use of the drugs on cerbral infarction.Methods:The healthy SD rats were randomly divided into five groups: sham-operated group(sham group),high-dose group, low-dose group, cerebral ischemia group and Bu Changnaoxintong group(BC group).Establish the focal cerebral ischemia of middle cerebral artery model, and then test the change of contents of HCY andFIB at 6h,12h,24h after operation.Results:The effect of Xin Naotongluo Solution on HCY of acute phase cerebral ischemia in rats.Compared with sham group, after 6-hour-cerebral ischemia, the content of HCY of cerebral ischemia group begins rising, of which the peak appears at the 24h hour.(P<0.01) Compared with model group of the same time, the content of HCY in brain of each treatment groups were decreased in some degrees, and the change of high does group Were most remarkedly (P<0.05 or P<0.01).Compared with control group of the same time, the content of HCY in brain of high does group at 24h decreased remarkedly (P<0.01)The effect of Xin Naotongluo Solution on FIB of acute phase cerebral ischemia in rats.Compared with sham group, after 6-hour-focal cerebral ischemia, the content of FIB of cerebral ischemia group begins rising, of which the peak appears at the 24th hour (P<0.01). Compared with control group of the same time, the content of FIB in brain of high does group at 24h decreased remarkedly (P<0.01)Conclusion:Degrading the contents of HCY of 24h-focal cerebral ischemia in rats, Xin Naotongluo Solution can mitigate the effect of cytotoxicity to protect the neuron effectively. As Xin Naotongluo Solution degrading the content of FIB in brain tissue, and reduce fundus membranous destroyed to keep integrality of BBB. |
