The Effect Of Xin Naotongluo Solution On Uric Acid And Crp Of Acute Cerebral Ischemia In Rats

Objective:To study and evaluate the effect of Xin Nao Tong Tuo-solution on uric acid and CRP of acute cerebral ischemia in rats, to provide experimental basis for clinical treatment of acute cerebral ischemia.Methods:Healthy SD rats was randomly divided into five groups:cerebral ischemia group(model group),Bu Chang Nao xin tong in the control group (control group), Xinnaotongluo-solution high-dose group (high-dose group), Xinnaotongluo-solution low-dose group (low-dose group), sham-operation group(sham group). The rats were established in the MCAO model of focal acute cerebral ischemia, and the test change of contents of uric acid, CRP at 12h, 24h,48h after operation.Results:1. The content of uric acid between model group and high-dose group:12h after cerebral ischemia the content of uric acid in high-dose group began reducing,while the lowest point appeard at 48h(p<0.01). The content of uirc acid in all the treatment groups are lower than model group,especially the high-dose group(P<0.01).2. The content of CRP between model group and high-dose group, 12h after cerebral ischemia,the content of CRP in high-dose group began reducing,while the lowest point appeard at 48h(p<0.01).The content of CRP in all the treatment groups are lower than model group,especially the high-dose group(P<0.01).Conclusion:1. Xinnaotongluo-solution can significantly reduce the content of uric acid in acute cerebral ischemia rats,And to the inhibition of the damage scaused by oxidative free radicals,protecting nerve cell.2. Xinnaotongluo-solution can reduce the content of CRP which secreted by body, to achieve its neuroprotective effect in actute cerebral ischemia, and effectively to reduce the focal cerebral ischemic injury.
