Chinese herbal medicine can reduce the side effects, reduce the relapse rate and improve the efficacy of drug treatment of eczema has become a hot topic in the field.In this thesis, including literature review, clinical observation and experimental study of three parts. Literature review, including traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine on eczema awareness, treatment and research profiles; clinical observation for the treatment of Chinese Medicine of the heat type of eczema Observation of 64 Cases; experimental study of treatment, patients with desiccant to drink on the impact of IL-4.Methods: All cases were from January 2008 to September 2009 Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine First Affiliated Hospital Dermatology outpatients, a total of 64 cases. All the patients were randomly divided into treatment and control groups. Treatment of 32 patients given dehumidification drink orally for 4 weeks. The control group of 32 patients received flavescens tablets orally for 4 weeks. Treatment effect depending on the disease, symptoms and lesions scoring for statistical analysis. ELISA method by using the serum of patients before and after treatment eczema IL-4 levels detected. Finally EXCEL software data collection, according to the research data using appropriate statistical methods for processing.Results:①The clinical efficacy compared by x2 test the efficacy of the treatment group than the control dehumidification drink drug flavescens film, there was significant difference (p <0.05), an effective prescription treatment for eczema.②two points after treatment compared itching extent, by the t test, treatment and control groups were significantly different (p <0.05), drinking can significantly improve the dehumidification of patients with itching eczema symptoms.③EASI two points of comparison,, t tests, treatment group and the control group there were significant differences (p <0.05), drinking can significantly reduce the dehumidification eczema skin lesions in patients with EASI points, reducing the severity of eczema.④two groups of patients before and after comparison of serum levels of IL-4, by t test, treatment and control groups were significantly different (p <0.05). Conclusion:①Decoction dehumidification heat type of eczema effect on the disease were significantly better than the control group. Description dehumidification heat type of eczema treatment drink, drugs well known efficacy and toxicity, safety, convenience, patient acceptable, worthy of clinical application.②dehumidification eczema patients to drink in the regulation of the concentration of IL-4 has a good effect.
