Clinical Observation On The Treatment For Eczema (Damp-Heat Type) With Chushiyin

Eczema is a combination of internal and external factors caused a marked tendency to allergic exudative,inflammatory skin diseases.Chinese medicine called "wet sore", "immersed sore" and so on.The pathogenesis of eczema is not completely clear,so there is no specific treatment.At present,mainly antihistamine,and its major role in typeⅠallergy. The pathogenesis of eczema and is allergic typeⅣ.Corticosteroids and immunosuppressive agents can inhibit typeⅣallergy,but it will cause side effects,Chinese herbal medicine has become the treatment of eczema in the field of drug research,one hot spot.In this paper,including literature review and clinical observation of two parts.A Literature Review,including Chinese medicine and Western medicine for eczema awareness, treatment and research,clinical observation of the dialectic of Chinese medicine treatment for heat-based observation of 60 cases of eczema.Methods:All patients from January 2007 to September 2008 in Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine First Affiliated Hospital of dermatology out-patient clinics and inpatient hospital patients,a total of 60 cases.All cases were randomly divided into treatment group and the control group.30 cases of treatment group,given to drink oral desiccant,treatment for 4 weeks.30 cases of the control group given desloratadine orally, treatment for 4 weeks.Effect of disease after treatment,subjective symptoms and lesions of the assessment criteria for statistical analysis.Statistical Methods:Statistical analysis using statistical software Spss11.5.Comparison of measurement data between groups with t tests, the group paired t test comparison,count data using chi-square test,with Ridit level test data.Results:①The clinical efficacy of the two groups compared by x2 test,the treatment group the effect of desiccant drink better than the control drug desloratadine tablets were significantly different(p＜0.05),is an effective prescription treatment of eczema.②two points lesion size after treatment compared by t test,treatment and control groups were significantly different(p＜0.05),eczema soup can be a significant reduction in lesion area of eczema.③the extent of the treatment of pruritus after two points of comparison,by t test, treatment and control groups were significantly different(p＜0.05),dehumidification drink eczema patients can significantly improve symptoms of itching.The performance of two groups of lesions④total score after treatment compared by t test,treatment and control groups were significantly different(p＜0.05),dehumidification eczema drink can significantly lower total score in patients with lesions of the performance and reduce the severity of eczema.Conclusion:The desiccant drink eczema treatment of damp-heat in the signs and effects on disease were significantly better than western medicine.Description Dehumidifier damp-heat in the treatment of eczema drink differentiation accurate,well-medication, significant efficacy and toxicity,in small,safe and convenient,easily accepted by patients,it is applied clinically.
