Traditional Chinese Medicine Preparation Cn On The Level Of Immune Research

To study the effects of Chinese Traditional Medicine Preparation CN on immune level in mice, CN of different doses were given to mice, per os, continuously. It demonstrated the effects of Chinese Traditional Medicine CN on the indexes of thymus and spleen, the transformation rate of lymphocytes, the percentage of rosette, the phagocytic function of peritoneal macrophage, the content of hemolysin and the level of agglutinin. The results showed as follow:CN could improve the indexes of thymus and spleen, there was significant difference between control group and test groups (P<0.05 and P<0. 01) . It was especially obvious to immaturity mice (P<0. 01); CN could significantly increase the rate of lymphocytes compared to the control group (P<0. 05 and P<0. 01) ; CN could enhance the percentage of erythrocyte rosette forming cell, it was enhanced significantly when the immunology function of mice was inhibited by Cy (P<0. 01) . It showed that CN could increase cellular immune function of mice; CN could significantly enhance the phagocytic activity of peritoneal macrophage compared to the control group (P<0. 05 and P<0.01) . It showed CN could promote the nonspecific immune function of mice; CN could significantly increase the content of hemolysin and the level of agglutinin compared to the control group (P<0.05 and P<0. 01) . It showed that CN could increase the humoral immune level of mice.These experiments indicated that CN was able to activate immune function of mice. It was suggested these studies would offer scientific basic for clinic application of Chinese Traditional Medicine Preparation CN.
