Greenhouse Nectarine In Osmia Pollination Atonik To The Liquid Formulation Of Applied Research

During the process of production of nectarine in Yanbian Area , the high humidity and windless condition and no insect as pollinator in the greenhouse result in bad pollination, low ratio of fruit set, low production and poor benefits. It is popular to adopt hand-pollination in the production to resolve the problem of pollination. Although the hand- pollination can improve the fruit set ratio of nectarines, but it needs a lot of time and work In order to improve the ratio of fruit setting and the quality of nectarine in greenhouse , we studied Osmia -pollination of nectarine duringthe anthesis and spraying Atonik on the leaves during 2002~2003 The purpose is to offer a theoretical evidence for the suitable application of Osmia -pollination and Atonik medicament in the dependency of Yanbian area . The main results showed :1. Beginning period and culminating period which Osima broke the cocoon and went out from the nest in greenhouse were delayed in comparison with that on the land ,and the whole period which Osima broke the cocoon and went out from the nest were prolonged we should let the Osmia go out before the flowers blossom nine days when we use the Osmia to pollinate the nectarines in the protection land .2. O.cornifrons reproduced one generation every year, could be used as pollinator in the local greenhouse They also can settle down and propagate in the greenhouse .3. O. cornifrons could be used directly on pollination in the local greenhouse The number of the O.cornifrons used is still waiting for further research .4.. Matual O.cornifrons began to go out from nest and picked pollen andestablished nest when the temperature reached 14—15 ℃ in the sun-lightgreenhouse ; And the activity were frequent when the temperature reached 24~26℃ . The fruit set ratio of nectarines pollinated by O.connfrons improved by 2.2%~4.71% than that pollinated by hand in the greenhouse <, So we can replace hand-pollination with O. corw/ro/w-pollination <>5. Propagation ratio of O. cornifrons was 0.75-1.95 in the greenhouse which is lower than that on the Apple-pear orchard , this maybe relative with the technology ofcircumstance mediation ° If we can ensure the suitable temperature in thegreenhouse , uncover the cover which wasused for keeping temperature in themorning and cover it in the evening and culture some flowers which will blossom inthe early spring such as radish and cabbage , all of these can prolong the activitytime of O. cornifrons and gain relative higher propagation ratio o6. Using the Atonik of 6000 -fold can receive good effect on improving the ratio of fruit setting and increasing the weight of single fruit and concentration of sugar anddecreasing the concentration of acid during the tiny- fruit stage and swelling-fruit stage of nectarine ? furthermore we can apply it in the practice production ?...
