Abstract/Summary:
The effect of bagging on fruit quality with greenhouse cultivation was studied withthe material of pears(Pyrus pyrifolia (Burm.)Nakai 'Cuiguan' , 'Xueqing' ,'Qiurong' , 'Yuanhuang' ),nectarine (Amygdalus persica var. nectariana Maxim'Huyou 018' )和kyoho ( Vitis vinifera L.×V.labrusca L.) at three agriculturedemonstration zones in Wenling, Zhejiang Province from 2006 to 2008. The law ofchange of peel color, average fruit weight and the major nutrients were studied. Thereaction mechanism were discussed in order to provide an important theoretical basis topromote the technology of bagging and greenhouse cultivation in pear, nectarine andgrape.1.Effect of bagging on fruit quality in pears with greenhouse cultivation was studied. The result showed that fruit surface, peel color and the major nutrients were changed with bagging. Fruit surface were brighter than no bagging, peel color were changed significant, fruit point were tended to be unnoticeable, average fruit weight and total soluble solids were decreased, total acid and solid-acid ratio were no significant change. Brown pear after bagging had smooth-skinned and bright appearance, and the appearance were improved. The fruit internal quality had little change. Bagging in greenhouse with double-layer bag could promote fruit quality. Rusted spots were increased after bagging for cuiguan, especially the fruit with double-layer bag, the performance of xueqing was the same. So green pears such as Cuiguan, Xueqing without bagging were more ideal, costs were reduced and fruit quality were improved.2. Effect of bagging on fruit quality in nectarine with greenhouse cultivation was studied . The result showed that the Huyou018's appearance were improved after bagging whether monochrome double-layer bag or two-color double-layer bag. It was showed that nectarine peel turned smother and brighter, total soluble solids was increased, organic acid content was reduced and solid-acid ratio and fruit flavor were increased, Vitamin C and other mineral nutrients were not affected after bagging. So bagging with kobayashi 1-KK and double-layer bag in greenhouse were workable. The scientific method for planting nectarine is worth of spreading. 3. Effect of bagging on fruit quality in kyoho grape with greenhouse cultivation was studied. The result showed that there was no significant change on peel color , acid and solid-acid ratio. Average bunch weight and total soluble solids were decreased. Fruit facial powder was greatly enhanced after bagging, but inherent quality of the grape was unimproved. So the method of bagging in greenhouse for planting kyoho grape is no worth of spreading.
