| This dissertation was studied how apple pomace and corn stalk were turned into high quality cattle feedstuffs which was based on the technology of fermentation. The aim of the research settled the problem that the plant of producing cider cloud not deal with apple pomace and suffice stockbreeding to the need of protein feedstuff.The content of crude protein, real protein and the amount of amino acid were selected as determination standard respectively, and the solid state fermentation substrate of feedstuff protein production from apple pomace was studied through the science experiment of L9(34) and the optimal substrate composition. The effects of reactor, materials distribution and different processing modes on corn stalk were studied during primary magnified experiments; The effects of products' crude protein content of different medium, inoculum's concentration and ratio of material to water in different reactor were studied on principle magnification, grope and optimization step by step; The effects of products' crude protein content of different fermentation methods in different reactor were studied; The feeding sanitation experiments and the urgent toxicological experiments on mice, which provided the foundation for further scale-up and application of apple pomace synthetically, were confirmed using some part of apple pomace fermentation feeding.Results show that the content of crude protein, real protein, the amount of amino acid, crude fat, and ash had increased obviously in basin-type reactor and thick-bedded airing reactor by mixed stain solid and solid-liquid state fermentation. The degradation ratios of reductive sugar and crude fiber were obvious. The content of fluorine, glycosidic hydrocyanic acid, nitrite, aflatoxin Bi, free gossypol and heavy metal in feedstuff were far less than national criterion and Salmonella was not found in feedstuff. Results of urgent experiments on mice using apple pomace fermentation feedstuff were innocuous. Consequently, apple pomace fermentation feedstuff was a kind of safe protein feedstuff and had abundant the content of amino acid, especially MET, TYR and LYS. |
