On the other hand, the apple cultivation scale and it's production in China take up 1 / 3 level of the world's production, millions tons of pomace are generated every year . Therefore, the research and development of apple pomace feed SCP (single cell protein), this experiment not only solve the problem of using this huge resources, but also can develop the alternative products for the serious lack of protein resources in our country. In this test, the strains of space mutagenesis, mutagenic strains and other strains are used in producing SCP from fermented apple pomace. The results are obtained as follows:In this test, through the activation of strains after activation 10 groups strains are inoculated on the target material gradient and conducted on the 11 successive generations directional adaptive cultivation, screening and screened out the superiority of strains respectively in the end.The single strain of space mutagenesis inoculation quantity in solid-state fermentation apple pomace SCP, the optimal medium was as follows: Aspergillus niger ZM-8 was 2.0%; Sac.cerevisiae YB-6 was 6.0%. The double strains of space mutagenesis mixed with Aspergillus niger ZM-8 and Sac.cerevisiae YB-6 more effective than single strain fermentation;The ideal conditions of the double strains of space mutagenesis solid state fermentation of apple pomace to produce SCP was: Inoculation ratio (Sac.cerevisiae YB-6 / Aspergillus niger ZM-8) was 3:1, inoculation quantity was 8.0%in total, the temperature was 30℃,the pH was about 5.0 or nature, the fermentation thickness was 4.0cm,and the fermentation time was 3~4d. The fermentation mutant strains with other mixture strains have an advantage over double strains fermentation , The ideal conditions of mutant strains and other strains mixed solid state fermentation of apple pomace to produce SCP was: The optimal mixture ratio of strains and other strains mutation: Aspergillus niger ZM-8: 0.5g,Sac.cerevisiae YB-6: 1.5g, Geotrichum candidum:. 1.0g,Candida tropicalis : 1.5g.
