This paper take the citrus pomace as raw material, screen according to the reference research, determine crude protein of the samples, obtains the best strain combination which is fit for the citrus pomace fermentation; and analyze the CP of the samples about this combination under many kinds of fermentation formula and the fermentation condition, obtain the best fermentation formula and the fermentation condition, and determine the nutrition ingredient of the final sample, provided theoretic gist for the compensative use of citrus pomace fermented feed. Main contents and results of the test are as follows:1 In the plate o'clock experiment, each kind of strains all show good use to citrus pomace, in which viridin, Geotrichum candidum, Aspergillus usamii are the best. In the enzyme activity determination, black mold, Aspergillus usamii and Geotrichum candidum all show the high activity and the broad enzyme system.In the single fungus fermentation test, viridin and Geotrichum candidum produce the higher CP; therefore the overall evaluation, Geotrichum candidum is designated for the fermentation production indicator strain.2 Then the best strain combination can be found through the fermentation production indicator strain. First in the plate o'clock stimulus cycle experiment, according to the microorganism symbiosis principle, judging the suitable between strains; then further found the best strain combination by the double fungus and three fungus fermentation test. Finally it is determined that the best strain combination were Geotrichum candidum, Aspergillus usamii, Candida tropicalis.3 To consider which is easy to obtain synthetic, the bran and the bean cake were taken as accessories, screening in several formula, it is discovered that only choose the bran can be more effect; screening the bran recruitment, it is discovered that CP enhances very obviously before the bran in 20%, afterwards enhances slows down. Considered the cost, the bran in 20% is determined to choose.4 To decide the best fermentation condition for the citrus pomace feed, in the single factor experiment, choosing the temperature, the vaccination quantity, the vaccination proportion and the fermentation time as four factor three horizontal orthogonal experiments, which ferment the CP as the judgment target in the orthogonal experiment. Finally the fermentation condition is determined: fermentation date is 4d, inoculation ratio is 1: 1: 1, Inoculum size os 20%, and the temperature is 28℃5 By determinationing the final sample, and carrying on the comparison with the blank citrus pomace,it is discovered that CP enhances extremely obviously, surpasses 80%, the crude fat enhances 26%,the crude fiber drops 40%, but each kind of inorganic nutrition element also mostly obtains theenhancement, enables the nutrition of the citrus pomace fermented feed to achieve the high level.In summary, by screening and the fermentation, the quality of citrus pomace fermented feed has the distinct improvement, to develop the high grade citrus pomace fermented feed have the vital significance.
