Effects of Modifying Nutritional Level according to the Changement of the week post-born as well as the Inject of the GRF Gene Plasmid on the Early-Weaned Piglets Fan Zhiyong Animal Nutrition Institute of Sichuan Agricultural University, Yaan Sichuan, P. R. China 625014 ABSTRACT Two experiments were conducted to investigate the effects of modifying nutritional level according to the changement of the week post-born as well as the Inject of the GRF gene plasmid on the Early-Weaned Piglets In Exp. 1, according to compare design diets were formulate with three levels of nutrition (from high to low) for weaned-piglets. In Exp.2, the GRF gene plasmid lml (concentration: lmg/ml) was injected to the piglets in 21 d post-born before weaning ,which were fed according to intensive phase feed systems after weaning. All animals involved in the two experiments were crossbred piglets of Duroc x Landrace x Yorkshire. Initial weights averaged 8.1 and 6.1kg in Exp. 1 and Exp.2 respectively. Two experiments S were conducted for 28 and 21 days respectively. The results clearly demonstrated that modifying nutritional Level according to the changement of the week improved the performance of weaned-piglets to some degree such as ADG, ADFI, F/I, Gross Profit and so on during the course of the exp 1. However, in addition to the ADG (P < 0.05) in the third week, F/I in the fourth week, the cost of diet in the first week as well as from 1 to 2 week, the performance of the treat group was better than the control. Especially, there lived marked differences in 31 some idexes such as ADFI in the whole experiment (P < 0.05), FIG in the fourth week (P 0.05).
