The aim of this was to investigate the effects of wheat hydrolyzed protein on production performance,diarrhea,nutrient digestibility,serum biochemical indexes,immune function and small intestinal development in weanling piglets.A total of 320 rats(weighing about 7 kg)divided into four groups,The basal diet,basal diet+1.0% L-glutamine,basal diet+3.3% wheat hydrolysed protein(containing 1.0% glutamine),5.0% basal diet + wheat hydrolyzed protein(containing 1.5% Glutamine).The results showed that: 1)The average daily gain of each group after 14 d-28 days after weaning was 39.4%,19.6% and 15.0% higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the daily gain of 0-28 days showed the same trend The The weight ratio of each group was 22.3%,13.2% and 12.7%(P <0.05),and it was 18.3%,11.0% and 9.6%(P<0.05),respectively,compared with the control group at 14d-28 d after weaning(P <0.05).The diarrhea rate of the rats in the test group was lower than that in the control group(50.5%,34.1% vs 19.9%,P<0.05),and the control group was 56.2%,39.9% and 20.4% %(P<0.05).3)The apparent digestibility of the energy in each group was 7.33%,4.14% and 3.08%,respectively(P<0.05).The apparent digestibility of crude protein was 11.86%,9.61% and 8.69%,respectively,compared with the control group(P<0.05).(P<0.05).4)The activities of serum alanine aminotransferase in the experimental group 2 were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(n= 15.26%,9.30%,5.20% 3 groups were 28.08%,24.11% and 31.25%(P<0.05).The activity of alkaline phosphatase in test group 2 was significantly higher than that in the other three groups.5)Test group 1,test group 2 insulin than the control group were increased by 73.09%,88.37%(P<0.05).6)The serum lgA content in the two groups was 38.61% higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),which was lower than that in the experimental group 1 and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The levels of serum lgG in the three experimental groups were higher than those in the control group,but the difference was not significant.7)The levels of serum IL-1? were significantly increased in test 1 and 2(P<0.05);8)The height of the duodenum was higher than that of the control group by 60.80% and 40.51%(P<0.05).The length of jejunum villi was the highest in the two groups,which was 30.2% higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).In the control group,the depth of the jejunum was higher than that of the control group(61.8%,42.1%,22.0%,P<0.05).In the experimental group 1,the depth of the jejunum was higher than that of the control group<0.05).The results of the comprehensive study showed that the two groups were better.
